- all payments made in USD through Venmo, CashApp, or on Ko-fi- Please note that the artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with lining and coloring the final piece- Once the sketch has been approved, no more major changes will be allowed. The commissioner is allowed 3 minors sketch changes and 1 minor color adjustment during the final color stage.- 50% payment up front is required before any work is started. Once the payment has been received, work will proceed. The other 50% will be requested when the final piece is complete before the commissioner may received their finished work.- checking for inaccuracies will be up to the commissioner. If initial content is forgotten, it will not be added.- the final piece will be accomplished between 3-4 weeks; timeline is subject to change depending on size of commission, the artist’s health, home life, or emergencies. The commissioner will be informed should a situation arise and the proper steps will be taken to ensure all parties reach a satisfactory resolution.- the artist reserves the right to decline to work with a client at any time for any reason. If any work has started, the client will be refunded their money in a timely manner- the artist reserves the right to claim commissioned artwork and use it for promotional and marketing purposes- commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE only unless otherwise discussed. The artist retains all rights to the artwork and no NFT or AI use will be allowed on any work the artist provides, under any circumstances
